Shipping Policy

Production time

Most custom orders are produced within 3–7 business days after artwork, payment and the digital proof are approved. Large, specialty or out-of-stock orders may require additional time; the confirmed schedule appears on the quote.

Transit and tracking

Transit time is separate from production time. We ship to valid U.S. addresses using the service selected on the invoice and provide tracking when the carrier accepts the package.

Address changes

Customers are responsible for confirming the delivery address before production. Contact us promptly at hello@inksfy.com or (909) 999-6499 if a correction is needed.

Damage or loss

Report visible damage, missing items or carrier issues within 7 calendar days of delivery. Keep the packaging and provide clear photos so we can investigate.
